The Mountain Lakes Presbyterian Church of Seeley Lake has been called by God and organized to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, to minister to the needs of members of the congregation and residents of the community, and to promote peace and justice in the world.
Located in western Montana, between the Bob Marshall Wilderness to the east and the Mission Mountain Wilderness to the west, Glacier National Park to the north and Yellowstone National Park to the southeast we are the only Presbyterian Church within 30 miles. Mountain Lakes Presbyterian Church is a small picturesque hand hewn log presbyterian church located in the heart of the Seeley Swan Valley amongst the lakes and rivers, mountain and valleys. Built in the early 1950's by members who were skillful timber workers, with logs donated by the old Anaconda Company, we were first named Pineview Presbyterian Church. Joining with two other nearby communities, and sharing a full time pastor we became The Blackfoot Parish. Having outgrown this relationship, we are now Mountain Lakes Presbyterian Church, a church ready to welcome you.
OUR MISSION IS TO WELCOME ALL OF GOD'S CHILDREN THAT COME THROUGH OUR DOORS.
